Updates
We have recently been given credits for our courses by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Since their course requirements are slightly different than the CMTBC, they have assigned 1 credit for each 2 hour course. Nova Scotia is similar in that manner. We have just been approved for 2 credits per course by the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta and the MTA of Manitoba. We have recently been given accreditation with the MTA of Saskatchewan and the College of Massage Therapy of Newfoundland and Labrador. |

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is my member log-in and password? The member log-in is your e-mail address that you signed up with. The password is the transaction ID that was sent to you for each course.
2. Is there a time limit to study to material? You can take as long as you need to study the material. There is no time limit for that
3. How long do I have to write the test? You are given approximately one hour to put your answers in and send them. If you take longer than this you will automatically be logged out and your answers will not be received. It is recommended that you write your answers down on a piece of paper as you write the exam, that way if your answers are lost in cyberspace you can easily re-enter them.
4. How do I view my certificate/diploma? Log in using your e-mail address and the transaction ID sent to you. The second page will ask for either the transaction ID or your e-mail address again. Choose one method. It will then say "To view diploma again, click here". This will take you to your diploma certificate. Print as many copies as you need.
5. For HOTMAIL account users: If you are using a Hotmail account as your login e-mail account, your transaction ID may be considered JUNK MAIL. Please check that folder for this information and mark it as "Not Junk", since your certificate will also be mailed there. |
